Adults and authorized profiles
You must be at least 18 and meet applicable legal age requirements where you use the service. Provide accurate information, verify your email, accept the current policies and complete required profile details, including a private contact phone number, before publication. A family member or friend may help prepare a profile but cannot replace the represented adult’s own informed permission. Keep your credentials private and report unauthorized account use.
Respectful, honest conduct
Do not impersonate someone, harass or threaten another person, share another person’s private information without permission, send scams or pressure someone to connect. Respect a declined request and every contact or messaging boundary.
Connection and privacy choices
Sending a request does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance does not imply all contact or message permissions. Members choose an approved primary photo and eligible visibility separately. Profile and photo checks cannot guarantee identity, liveness, intentions, compatibility or a successful relationship.
Account review and mandatory rights
We may restrict, freeze or suspend accounts for safety or misuse. Use your own account notices and appeal route to request review; an appeal does not immediately restore access. Restoration does not restore old contact-sharing or messaging permissions. Find Life Mate is an individually operated service based in Bangladesh, not a registered company. These terms take effect as terms-2026-10-17-v1. Applicable mandatory rights and protections remain in force; these terms do not promise compliance with an unspecified worldwide cyber-law regime or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Current service availability
Phone numbers are private contact information; number-format checks and Google sign-in do not verify phone ownership. Profiles stay private until required account, profile and consent steps are complete and the member chooses to publish. Other social sign-in providers are not offered until connected. Account deletion requires administrator approval and separate processing after the cancellation period and safety checks; approval alone does not mean deletion is complete. Settings and the privacy notice explain processing and recovery availability. We do not promise matches, relationship outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
