My profile is not visible
Verify your email, save every required account and profile field, and choose Complete and publish profile. A private contact number is required, but separate phone verification and camera capture are not. A managed profile also needs the represented adult’s own consent. A profile may remain hidden if paused, blocked or restricted. A photo is optional.
I cannot message someone
Messaging requires a current accepted connection with permission from the recipient. Acceptance without messaging permission does not open a chat. Revoked permission, a block or an account suspension can remove access.
My photo or account needs attention
Profile photos shows the current photo-review status and lets you select an approved primary photo. Account notices and appeals shows your own account notice and any current appeal outcome. Refresh the status after an uncertain result before trying an action again.
Keep your account secure
Use Account security for authenticator setup where available. Use the password-reset link from sign-in if you need recovery. Do not send your password or verification codes to other members.
